Candidate Profile:

• MD/DO, fellowship-trained in Hematology-Oncology

• Board Eligible / Board Certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology

• Active or eligible Indiana medical license

• BLS (American Heart Association) certification required or obtainable

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and commitment to quality patient care

• Desire to foster strong relationships with colleagues, staff, and the local community

Schedule & Practice Details:

• Standard clinic hours: Monday"Friday
