Patient volume: Approximately 22 patients per day
Practice population: Adult, geriatric, and pediatric
Exam rooms: 3 assigned to provider

Credentialing timeframe: approximately 45 _ 60 days

Clinical Responsibilities
Outpatient primary care evaluation and treatment
Management of adult, pediatric, and geriatric patients
Preventive care and chronic disease management
Pelvic exams and Pap smears
Minor laceration repair and suturing
Incision and drainage procedures
Coordination of care with onsite laboratory and radiology services

Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Active Virginia license required
BLS certification required
Availability to start May 15 and commit to approximately 6 months required
Self Query NPDB report required at time of presentation
