We are seeking a part-time PMHNP to join our growing group practice in Fredericksburg, Texas.

* Schedule: 2 days a week, Monday to Friday
* Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units
* Conduct documentation at home with provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patients

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
* Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care
* Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with a mental health diagnosis
* Prescribe and manage medications
* Ensure timely and accurate documentation

**Highlights**

* Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated range of $53,752 - $64,503 annually with no cap productivity income potential.

**Qualifications**

* Hold a valid full PMHNP license
* Active TX license
* Active DEA preferred but not required
* Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required
