Job Description
We are seeking an Anesthesiologist to provide locum tenens coverage in Ohio. This is an inpatient hospital-based assignment with full support staff and a diverse case mix.
Position Details
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Weekly Hours: 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. (may extend due to add-on cases)
- Setting: Inpatient
- Call: Shared call rotation (1:4 for weekdays/weekends; post-call day off)
- EMR: Meditech & Surgical Information Systems
- Support Staff: Full hospital anesthesia team
Case Types
- General Anesthesia
- Thoracic
- Vascular
- OB/Maternity
- ENT
- Ophthalmology
- Orthopedics
- Urology
- Minimal Pediatrics (mostly ENT)
- No heads, hearts, or spines
Requirements
- Board Certified in Anesthesiology
- Active Ohio license (IMLC accepted)
- DEA, ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Clean background to qualify for emergency credentialing
