- Mostly telehealth with quarterly facility travel
- Focus on older adult populations in skilled nursing facilities
- Supervise mid-level providers and lead interdisciplinary teams
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and crisis consultations
- Perform Gradual Dose Reduction evaluations for psychotropic medications
- Regional medical director role with clinical oversight responsibilities
- Experience in long-term care settings preferred
- DEA license required
