Hospitalist Medical Director Needed in North Carolina CPH# JOB-3246389

• Monday - Friday schedule; no weekends or holidays
• Daytime hours 7 am - 3 pm with pager availability until 7 pm
• Lead a team of 6 hospitalist physicians and support staff
• Flex role supporting overflow census and complex cases
• 18-patient cap per provider with Medical Director doing less
• Leadership experience preferred for this medical director role
• Board-certified IM or FP with hospitalist experience required
• Nonprofit hospital reinvesting revenue in technology and staff
