Job Description

Lutheran Hospital, a Level 2 Trauma Center, has an opportunity for a Physician Assistant in our Wound Care program! APP will work directly with one Wound Care physician as part of a dynamic team to support a busy practice through the full continuum wound and hyperbaric medicine.

 
Lutheran Hospital is a 396-bed tertiary care center that offers treatment for a wide range of complex wound conditions, including circulatory wounds, crush injuries, radiation therapy injuries, surgical wounds, and other difficult non-healing wounds. Details of Position:

  • Primarily day hours with Monday - Friday responsibilities
  • Primary support of one Wound Care physician
  • Full spectrum of wound care - pre op and post op care in clinic, hospital and OR
  • Round on patients in the hospital and see consults
  • Monitor, consult and act as liaison between physician, patient, family and staff
  • Collaborative team of physician and advanced practice providers
