- Level 3 trauma center serving 2/3 of the big island
- General, OB, regional, orthopedics, ENT, urology, vascular cases
- Rural hospital setting
- Healthy pediatric ENT cases included
- Major trauma cases shipped out, some trauma experience needed
- Cath lab procedures
- ORs may run later than scheduled hours
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
