We are seeking a PMHNP to join our growing group practice in Tyler, Texas.

- Schedule: 5 days a week within Monday to Friday
- Provide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term units
- Conduct documentation at home with provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patients

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
- Collaborate with facility staff to enhance patient care
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with a mental health diagnosis
- Prescribe and manage medications
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation

**Compensation and Benefits**
- Expected compensation is estimated range of $153,000 to $181,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.

**Requirements**
- Hold a valid full PMHNP license
- Active TX license
- Active DEA preferred but not required
- Experience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not required
