**Assignment Details**
Start Date: ASAP

Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours
Schedule: Monday–Friday, no call and no weekends
Patients per Day: Minimum of 5 cases per day

**Requirements**
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology
Active Indiana license or IMLC accepted
ACLS and BLS
Clean history

**Clinical Details**
Scope: 100% Interventional Radiology, adult-only patient population

**Typical Procedures:**
Genicular Artery Embolization (GAE)
Prostate Artery Embolization (PAE)
Hemorrhoidal Artery Embolization (HAE)
Uterine Artery Embolization (UAE)
Occasional pain injections (limited volume)
IR Oncology not currently performed

**Compensation**
Daily rate: $3200 per day. OT reimbursed at regular rate.
Malpractice: Provided
Travel: Reimbursed
