**Clinical Details**

**Requirements**
- Active Wisconsin license or IMLC
- Board certified or board eligible Ophthalmologist
- BLS

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
