• Seeking Hospitalists to join an established hospitalist division in a coastal community setting
• Opportunity to provide care in a Critical Access Hospital with academic affiliation

• Emphasis on work-life balance with a 158 annual shift requirement
• Average of 13.2 shifts per month (12-hour shifts including days and nights)
• Tele-intensivists available for ICU patient consultations
• Collaborative hospitalist division with daily Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support
• Compensation and Benefits:
• Shift-based compensation model with additional differential for night shifts
• $20,000 hiring bonus
• $5,000 annual CME stipend
• Relocation bonus or hospital-provided housing during scheduled shifts

• Qualifications:
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Active, unrestricted Oregon medical license
• DEA certificate
• ACLS certification
