Qualifications

• Medical license: Active New York medical license required
• Board: Board certified or board eligible in Anesthesiology
• DEA registration: Required
• Certifications: ACLS and MMR immunization required
• Experience: Prior hospital-based anesthesia experience preferred
• Other: Ability to work within a multidisciplinary OR team
