Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operations of the orthopedic unit
- Provide direct patient care and support complex cases
- Assist with staffing, assignments, and patient flow
- Monitor quality, safety, and patient outcomes
- Serve as clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams
- Support staff education, orientation, and competency
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards
