Requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience in cardiac care, cath lab, or critical care preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for cardiac catheterization procedures and assist intra-procedure
• Continuously monitor and document vital signs and cardiac status before, during, and after procedures
• Administer prescribed medications and contrast agents safely and according to protocol
• Provide patient and family education on procedures, recovery, and follow-up care
• Accurately document care, procedural details, and patient outcomes
• Collaborate with cardiologists, technologists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe, effective patient care
