Rate: $2,276/38-hours

Summary:
Provide nursing care in an outpatient urology clinic, supporting providers, performing assessments, assisting with procedures and diagnostic testing, administering treatments, educating patients, coordinating care, and documenting in the EMR.

Requirements:

• Active RN license (CO preferred or compact)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• BLS certification required
• Outpatient clinic or urology experience preferred
• Familiarity with urologic procedures and treatments preferred
• Strong communication and patient education skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Obtain patient histories, vital signs, and focused assessments
• Assist providers with urologic procedures and diagnostic testing
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and protocols
• Educate patients on procedures, medications, and care plans
• Coordinate referrals, lab orders, and follow-up appointments
• Triage patient calls and address clinical concerns or escalate as needed
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient interactions in the EMR
