Schedule

Primary Duties
- Perform one-time Compensation & Pension (C&P) exams and separation health assessments
- Exams are mainly interview-based with focused physical assessments (range of motion, muscle strength testing)
- Use of goniometer required
- No prescribing or treatment
- Complete evaluations in VES provider portal; record review required in most cases
- Complete Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) — training provided
Required Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma NP license
- Board Certified
- Own laptop (no Macs/Apple) and private office space
- DMA certification or willing to obtain
- Must reside within 50 miles of facility
- Self-query NPDB (pulled within the last month)
- Proficient in METs testing and in evaluating/diagnosing respiratory and cardiovascular conditions
- If educated outside the U.S., provide ECFMG certificate
Acceptable Backgrounds
- Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, or providers with general medicine OR compensation & pension experience accepted.
