Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• BLS certification
• ER experience or acute care background preferred
• Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and communication
• ACLS, PALS, or TNCC certifications preferred

Core Responsibilities:

• Triage and assess patients on arrival
• Provide medications, treatments, and emergency interventions
• Monitor patient status and report changes to physicians and care team
• Maintain accurate, timely patient documentation and records
• Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
• Participate in ER quality improvement and safety initiatives
