Requirements:

• Current RN license.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years full-time (or equivalent) clinical experience.
• At least 3 years infection prevention and control experience, including ≥2 years in long-term care.
• National certification in infection prevention and control required, or must be obtained within 2 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the administrative team.
• Develop, implement, and maintain administrative policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and applicable laws.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation; ensure confidentiality and data security.
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
• Prepare and submit required reports to senior management.
• Identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
