- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning
- Perform wound care and basic procedures within scope
- Support patient mobility and daily care needs
- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team
- Document patient care in the EMR
