Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 12-hour rotations — 5:45a–6:15p or 5:45p–6:15a (Days/Nights)
Hours: 36-hour assignment
Rate: $1,804 / 36 hours
Requirements:
- Active LPN license
- Graduate of accredited practical nursing program
- BLS certification
- Prior medical-surgical or acute care experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to function in a fast-paced clinical setting
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical patients
- Monitor and document vital signs; report changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments per orders
- Assist with patient assessments and contribute to care planning
- Perform wound care and other basic procedures within LPN scope
- Support patient mobility and activities of daily living
- Collaborate with RNs and the interdisciplinary team
- Document care accurately in the EMR
