Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice, Days, Missoula, MT (Contract)

We’re looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse to join a hospice team in Missoula, MT on a contract/travel basis. This is a day-shift role (Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) with an immediate start and a pay rate of $2,196 per 40-hour week.

What you’ll do:

• Perform thorough assessments and monitor patients’ conditions, focusing on pain and symptom management.
• Administer medications and interventions to maintain comfort and quality of life.
• Teach patients and families about hospice care, disease progression, and end-of-life planning in a clear, supportive way.
• Keep accurate documentation and collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary hospice team.
• Offer emotional and psychosocial support to patients and their families during difficult times.

What we’re looking for:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Experience in hospice, palliative care, or end-of-life nursing is preferred.
• Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a deeply compassionate approach to care.
• BLS required; hospice or palliative care certifications are a plus.
