Join a travel contract assignment supporting the ICU in Gardner, MA. This night-shift role starts ASAP, is 40 hours/week, and offers $2,476 per 40-hour week.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• ICU or critical care experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS required; specialty ICU certifications a plus
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills

Core responsibilities:

• Continuously assess and monitor critically ill patients, recognizing and responding to changes in condition
• Safely administer medications, blood products, and life‑support therapies
• Act quickly in emergencies and participate in advanced interventions
• Educate patients and families about care plans and critical care processes
• Accurately document nursing care and collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary ICU team
