Licensure & Certifications:

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• BLS required
• Specialty infusion or oncology certifications preferred

Required Experience & Skills:

• Experience in infusion nursing, oncology, or specialty therapy infusion preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent organization and documentation skills
• Clear patient and caregiver communication

Core Responsibilities:

• Prepare, administer, and monitor infusion therapies per protocols and physician orders
• Assess patient responses, identify and manage adverse reactions promptly
• Provide patient and caregiver education on therapy, potential side effects, and aftercare
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of treatments and patient progress
• Coordinate care and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team
