Travel RN – Labor & Delivery (Pella, IA)

Join a team in Pella, IA on a contract/travel assignment starting ASAP. This role covers Labor & Delivery with a 40-hour schedule and pays $2,424 per week.

What we’re looking for

• Active RN license in the state where you’ll practice.
• Previous obstetrics or labor & delivery experience is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and critical thinking skills.
• BLS required; ACLS and NRP preferred.

What you’ll do

• Continuously monitor maternal and fetal vital signs during labor and delivery.
• Assist with labor, delivery, and postpartum care, including administering prescribed medications and interventions.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families about childbirth and newborn care.
• Accurately document care and keep the rest of the healthcare team informed of patient status.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, midwives, and other clinical staff to ensure safe, high-quality care.
