Requirements:

• Active RN license in state of practice
• BLS certification

Core Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Administer medications and obtain/label specimens for testing.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments, document findings, and record progress.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team; assist with procedures as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of nursing activities, assessments, interventions, patient education, and treatment responses.
• Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment; maintain unit order and supervise patient conduct.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
