Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical Nights (Salida, CO)

Join our team in Salida, CO for a contract/travel Registered Nurse position on a medical-surgical unit. This night role (6p–6a) starts ASAP and offers $2,182 per 36-hour shift.

Key qualifications

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• Medical-surgical experience preferred
• Current BLS; ACLS preferred depending on patient population
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational ability, and communication skills

Core responsibilities

• Continuously assess and monitor patient status and vital signs
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and interventions
• Accurately document care and promptly report changes to the care team
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, care plans, and self-management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to coordinate and optimize patient care
