Travel Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) — Nights — Fort Defiance, AZ

Join a fast-paced medical-surgical team in Fort Defiance, AZ. This contract/travel RN position starts ASAP, nights shift, offering $2,308 per 36 hours.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Medical-surgical experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational ability, and clear communication.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred depending on patient population.

Key responsibilities:

• Assess and continuously monitor patient condition and vital signs.
• Safely administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions.
• Accurately document care and promptly communicate changes to the care team.
• Provide patient and family education on care plans and self-management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
