Requirements

Key responsibilities

• Assess nursing staff learning needs in collaboration with nursing leadership
• Design, implement, and maintain educational programs and orientation for new hires
• Facilitate training sessions on clinical skills, regulatory compliance, and evidence-based practices
• Evaluate clinical competence and develop individualized education plans
• Coordinate continuing education and certification opportunities
• Work with quality improvement teams to address patient care issues and improve outcomes
• Ensure staff compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate records of educational activities and staff progress
• Communicate updates on practice standards, regulatory changes, and clinical advancements
• Align educational initiatives with organizational goals and standards
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
