Schedule: Evening shift, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
Shift Length: 36 hours
Rate: $2,052 / 36 hours

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Ohio)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Prior acute care or observation unit experience preferred
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care for patients in observation status
• Perform comprehensive assessments and continuous patient monitoring
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and ordered treatments
• Review and act on diagnostic results; assess patient response to interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members on care plans
• Educate patients and families on care and discharge instructions
• Prepare patients for admission or discharge as appropriate
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient status in the EMR
