Shift/Hours: 40 hours/week
Rate: $2,280 per 40 hours

Summary:
Seeking a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room to join a surgical team on a contract/travel assignment in Gardner, MA.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• Perioperative/OR nursing experience preferred
• BLS required
• CNOR or other perioperative specialty certifications preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and clear communication

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients, instruments, equipment, and the OR environment for surgery
• Serve as scrub or circulating nurse during procedures, assisting the surgical team
• Maintain sterile technique and adhere to perioperative protocols
• Monitor patient condition and administer medications as ordered
• Accurately document intraoperative care and events
• Provide patient and family education for pre- and post-operative care
