Requirements:

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Perioperative/OR nursing experience preferred.
• BLS required; CNOR or other specialty certifications preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills.

Core Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients, instruments, and the OR environment for surgical cases.
• Serve as circulator or scrub tech during procedures, assisting the surgical team.
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, and maintain sterile technique.
• Accurately document surgical care and follow institutional protocols.
• Provide pre- and post-operative patient and family education.
