Contract Occupational Therapist (OT) – 14-Week Travel Role in Baltimore, Competitive Pay & Full-Time PTA Schedule

Join our team as a contract Occupational Therapist in Baltimore, MD. This 14-week assignment begins ASAP with a full-time schedule, Sun–Sat, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Pay: Travel rate $1,775/35 hrs; Local rate $1,750/35 hrs.

Core requirements:

• Active, valid Occupational Therapy state license
• CPR and BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross (including AED)

Key responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and environmental needs to identify limitations and establish measurable goals
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the interdisciplinary care team
• Implement evidence-based interventions to improve independence in daily living, work, and community activities
• Recommend and train patients in the use of adaptive equipment and assistive devices
• Provide hands-on instruction and practice of ADLs/IADLs to build functional skills
• Educate patients and families on condition management, safety, and independence strategies
• Monitor, document, and revise treatment plans based on progress and clinical judgment
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records, including evaluations and progress notes
• Facilitate safe transitions back to home, work, and community settings
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with occupational therapy best practices
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
