Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments, vital signs, and screenings
- Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments as ordered
- Assist providers with patient care and procedures
- Educate patients on disease prevention, self-care, and healthy lifestyle choices
- Coordinate care, referrals, and follow-ups
- Document patient care accurately in the medical record
- Maintain compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
