Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse state license
• Prior nursing leadership experience
• BLS certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) to ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Oversee patient care: perform/guide assessments, medication administration, documentation, and update care plans as needed.
• Manage staffing and scheduling to maintain safe, efficient patient care coverage.
• Mentor and educate nursing staff to support professional development and competency.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with clinical standards and regulations; conduct audits and implement improvements.
• Coordinate communication among the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
• Advocate for patients, address concerns, and promote patient-centered care.
• Respond to medical emergencies per facility protocols.
• Ensure accurate and timely electronic health record documentation.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and ensure staff compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
