Requirements:

• Valid, active state license for Speech-Language Pathology.

Core responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders; administer diagnostic tests and determine type/severity.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide direct therapy to address articulation, fluency, voice, receptive/expressive language, and dysphagia.
• Recommend, implement, and train patients/families on augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) as needed.
• Educate patients and families on strategies and home exercises; support generalization of skills to daily, school, or work settings.
• Monitor, document, and adjust treatment based on patient progress; maintain accurate clinical records (assessments, plans, progress notes).
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, educators, and other team members to coordinate care.
• Participate in professional development to maintain clinical currency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
