Job Description
**Why This Role**
- Level III NICU coverage supporting a high-acuity neonatal program
- Opportunity to work 24-hour shifts with consistent patient volume
- Collaborative neonatal care team with exposure to critical care and delivery support
**Assignment Details**
- Coverage type: No Call
- Start date: 5/1/2026
- End date: Ongoing
- Practice setting: Inpatient NICU
- Patients per shift: 10-15
- Admissions required: Yes
- Rounding: Assigned patients
- EMR: Cerner
- Schedule: 24-hour shifts (8a–8a) including weekends
**Clinical Details**
- Provide neonatal care in a Level III NICU including critical care management
- Responsibilities include delivery attendance, newborn nursery coverage, and occasional transport
- Manage NICU census with support from neonatal care team
**Requirements**
- Active Arkansas license
- Board certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
- PALS
- NRP
**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
