Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $94,910 to $112,692 with no cap on productivity income potential.

About the Role
- Provide psychotherapy services to patients in a long-term care setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Utilize your clinical expertise to create effective treatment plans
- Enjoy the satisfaction of making a positive impact on patients' lives
Qualifications
- LPC, LMHC, or LMFT independent practice licensure in the state of Indiana
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability and desire to work autonomously
- Passion for working with older adults
