Rates:
$400 hourly, $2700 24hr call, $530 night call, $520 call back

Practice setting: Outpatient and inpatient
Schedule: Weekdays 8:30 AM _ 5:00 PM clinic and call coverage
Night call: 5:00 PM _ 8:30 AM
Weekend call: 24 hour call coverage
Patient volume: Approximately 5 patients per day
EMR: Epic
Credentialing timeframe: approximately 30 _ 90 days

Clinical Responsibilities
Outpatient neurosurgery clinic visits and follow ups
Inpatient neurosurgery consults and patient management
Complex spine surgery including cervical, thoracic, and lumbar procedures
Spinal surgery with and without instrumentation
Management of traumatic neurosurgical cases
Placement of ICP monitors
General adult neurosurgery procedures
Participation in call coverage including emergency and urgent surgical cases

Requirements
Board Certified in Neurosurgery
Active California license required
Active California DEA required
Fluoroscopy certification required
Clean malpractice and credentialing file required
Recent case logs required including 100 cases within past 24 months
Minimum 2 years of current hospital clinical activity required
