**Clinical Details**
- Approx. 5 patients per day
- Complex spine cases
- Clinic + day call + night call structure
- Trauma level III facility

**Requirements**
- Board certified Neurosurgery
- Active CA license and DEA
- FLUORO certification required
- Case logs required for privileging
- Clean malpractice required

**Compensation**
- Rates: $400 hourly, $2700 24hr call, $530 night call, $520 call back
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
