North Dakota Hospital Pharmacist-in-Charge - (No Weekends) New Grads and Retail Welcome CPH# JOB-3252301

A nonprofit small rural hospital in southern North Dakota is seeking a full-time Pharmacist-in-Charge to oversee daily pharmacy operations in a small acute care setting. This role works closely with a pharmacy technician and nursing leadership to ensure safe, compliant medication use across the hospital. The pharmacist will be responsible for managing inpatient pharmacy services, overseeing a 340B program (training provided), and supporting clinical and operational pharmacy needs. The position offers a consistent weekday schedule (no weekends required) with e-pharmacy coverage during PTO or illness and strong remote support during onboarding.

Qualified candidates must hold a PharmD or Bachelor's in Pharmacy and be eligible for North Dakota licensure. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Retail pharmacists with a strong interest in hospital and clinical practice will also be considered.
