• 5 days per week, M-F 7:30am - 4pm with 30 minute lunch
• 18 - 21 patients per day, adult only
• FQHC setting
• Basic wellness checks and same day sick visits
• 1+ years FQHC provider experience required
• Hospital privileges required
• BLS certification required
