- Patients per shift: 16-18
- EMR: Epic
- Credentialing timeframe: 30-90 days

**Clinical Details**
- Outpatient primary care for mixed patient population including pediatrics and adults
- Chronic disease management including some chronic pain management
- Well visits and preventative care with optional women’s health procedures
- Chart closure expected within 72 hours

**Requirements**
- Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active California license
- BLS
- Active DEA

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
