• Monday - Friday schedule with no call or weekends
• Hybrid work model: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
• Leadership role supervising 20 nurse practitioners and 1 psychologist
• 100% outpatient practice with 16 patients per day
• 60-minute initial evaluations and 15-20 minute med checks
• Board certification and 4+ years leadership experience required
• Option to work from Albuquerque location
• Active New Mexico license or ability to obtain required
