**Why This Role**
- High-volume Level II trauma center with full specialty backup
- Flexible shift options across days, evenings, and nights
- Team-based ED environment with strong clinical support
**Assignment Details**
- Coverage type: No Call
- Start date: May 1, 2026
- End date: Ongoing (12-month need)
- Schedule: 6a-3p, 8a-6p, 10a-10p, 2p-12a, 6p-4a, 10p-6a
- Shifts per month: ~30
- Practice setting: Emergency Department
- Patient volume: 1.8 patients per hour
- EMR: Epic with Dragon dictation
**Clinical Details**
- Full-scope emergency medicine including trauma and acute care
- Procedures include intubations, chest tubes, central lines, cardioversion, reductions, and laceration repair
- Care for all ages from pediatric to geriatric
- Collaborative team environment with specialty backup including surgery, cardiology, neurology, and OB/GYN
**Requirements**
- Board certified or truly board eligible Emergency Medicine
- Active Arkansas license
- ACLS
- ATLS
- BLS
- PALS
- DEA
- Clean malpractice history
- Self-query NPDB within 30 days
**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
