* Primarily outpatient with strong hospital support, dedicated OR access, established referral network, and collegial staff
* High Demand/Immediate Volume: Significant unmet need with strong referral base and opportunity to develop subspecialty focus, including female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery
* ***Urogynecology experience a plus***
