Responsibilities:
- Oversee Emergency Department operations during assigned shift
- Coordinate patient flow, triage, and throughput
- Provide direct patient care in high-acuity situations
- Supervise nursing staff and support clinical decision-making
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Respond to emergencies and escalate care as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Assist with staffing, assignments, and conflict resolution
