Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS preferred
• Prior Emergency Department experience required
• Leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking, leadership, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee ED operations during assigned shift, ensuring safe, efficient care
• Coordinate patient flow, triage, and throughput
• Provide direct care in high-acuity and emergency situations
• Supervise and support nursing staff; assist clinical decision-making
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Respond to emergencies and escalate care as appropriate
• Assist with staffing, assignments, and conflict resolution
