Travel RN — Emergency Room (Nights) — Delta, CO — Contract/ASAP

We’re looking for an experienced RN to join an emergency department team in Delta, Colorado on a contract/travel assignment starting ASAP. This is a nights position (36-hour schedule) paying $2,106 per 36 hours.

What you’ll bring

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• ER experience is preferred; strong acute care background will also fit well.
• Solid clinical skills, critical thinking, and clear communication.
• BLS required; ACLS, PALS, or TNCC are preferred.

What you’ll be doing

• Triage and assess patients as they arrive to prioritize care.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and carry out emergency interventions as needed.
• Continuously monitor patients, recognize changes in condition, and communicate those to physicians and the care team.
• Keep accurate, timely documentation of care and patient records.
• Educate patients and families about treatments and follow-up plans.
• Contribute to ER quality improvement and safety efforts.
