Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient family medicine care: assess, diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Chronic pain management
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as indicated
- Supervise APCs upon request
- Document and close charts within 72 hours
Support, Systems & Logistics
- Support staff: 1 RN and 2 Medical Assistants
- EMR: Epic
- Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance provided
Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (if BE, within 5 years of residency)
- Active California medical license
- DEA registration
- BLS certification
- Up-to-date immunizations
